As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, join us for the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Forecast on November 18 from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Park Hyatt. At this event we will shed some light on what next year’s economy will bring for entrepreneurs here in Chicago. The panelists will cover a variety of topics including: next year's outlook for raising outside capital, how Chicago is positioned for technology and internet based companies, and how to take advantage of Chicago's international linkages. After the program, stick around for networking with the panelists, CEC board members, and the other leading entrepreneurs from the area.

Kaplan is one of the nation’s foremost leaders in private equity and entrepreneurial finance. He has testified before Congressional finance committees, and is a director of the Illinois Venture Capital Association. Kumar is the co-founder of two successful technology businesses, and has built a customer base for Quinnox reaching across four continents and 38 countries. Rosner has a proven track record at running high-growth internet companies, including leading Hotels.com through a successful IPO.
